Use the services in any manner that could impair any of our websites or applications in any way or interfere with any party’s use or enjoyment of any such site or application; post any material that is harmful to, harms or could harm minors in any way; be false or misleading or employ false or misleading advertising practices; infringe any third-party right; distribute or contain spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes; distribution of viruses or any other technologies that may harm LekalakLoans or the interests or property of its users; impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of LekalakLoans; copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content without their consent; use any robot spider, scraper or other automated means to access LekalakLoans and collect content for any purpose without our express written permission; harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent or otherwise violate the privacy of another person; use the information available in LekalakLoans to contact the users or the advertisers any purpose other than for the use of the Services; bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to LekalakLoans.

Requirements:

• The client(person loaning) must submit all necessary documents such as ID Copy, Bank Statement and Payslip.
• The client must be ready to supply whatever documents should we need more verification.
• All documents must not be older than 3 months
• Without those documents being submitted, your application will not be processed.
• All the documents should be the same ID.

Benefits:

• Every client in a database should expect surprises during their birthdays.
• During December every client should have the present.
• To get the presents and surprises, one should at least take the loan 3 times a year.
• When you pay 5 days before proposed payment date and the loan you are paying for is R 1500 or more you get 5% discount that means you pay 30% interest
• When your loans in the same month sum to R 1000 or more, you get 35% interest for the first R 1000 and 10% discount for the remainder of your loan in the same month, that means you pay 25% interest for the remainder
• When you take a loan that sum to R 1000 or more, you get 35% interest for the first R 1000 and 10% discount for the remainder of your loan in the same month, that means you pay 25% interest for the remainder

Loan Amounts And Repayments(Money):

• Minimum loan amount is R300.00.
• Maximum loan amount is R4000.00.
• Loaning percentage is 35%, example if you loan R4000, you repay R5400 because 35% of R4000 is R1400

Airtime Loan Terms

Pleese keep note that airtime is a one month loan and repayment date is auto generated, adding 30 days from the current date(today).

• Before submitting the voucher application, you should make sure you verified your cell phone number which you are using.
• Make sure that you use your OWN cell phone number for this application.
• The amount should be re-paid as it required, INCLUDING the decimal numbers/cents.
• If you miss the re-payment date, R5 will be added each an everyday on the amount to be paid.
• No airtime will be sent in the form of CASH, but it is only available as form of top up.
• It should then be paid as a form of cash transaction directly to our bank.
